The Expression Ratio Analysis (ERA) of Kineret analyzes gene expression data with respect to the entire experiment design. Hence, replicates and internal reference are treated properly and the statistical inference is calculated accordingly. ERA recognizes paired from unpaired experiments and provides user with graphical tool to enter this information.
